About this Event

Modern society is fast paced and busy! We join fitness classes, workout and push ourselves to the max. However, we sometimes forget that taking time to move slow and rest is necessary.

In this workshop you will be equipped with the tools necessary to help you cultivate a relaxation routine. We will be working through common yin yoga poses that are great for athletes, beginners or experienced yogis looking to deepen their relaxation level and help prepare you for deep sleep. You’ll learn:

- relaxation techniques

- modifications that suit your body

- how to use props

- breathing techniques that balance the mind

- aromathereapy

and MORE!

This workshop is for those that are brand new to yoga, have attended a few classes, or for those who would like to deepen their understanding of the practice. Come with your questions because wherever you are in your journey, we are here to support and empower you!
