MATTHEW WINKLER is editor-in-chief emeritus of Bloomberg News, the global news service he founded with Michael Bloomberg in 1990 when he joined the then eight-year-old financial information company Bloomberg L.P. He became a member of the Bloomberg L.P. board in 2006, interviews global newsmakers and writes about markets for Bloomberg View. Winkler is co-author of Bloomberg by Bloomberg (April 1997, John Wiley & Sons) and author of The Bloomberg Way: A Guide for Reporters and Editors, (2014, Wiley). Prior to Bloomberg, he was a columnist for Forbes magazine, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and news services of parent Dow Jones & Co. in New York and in London. He was also a New York-based reporter and assistant editor at The Bond Buyer; and a reporter for the Ohio-based Mount Vernon News. @Matthew_Winkler
JACQUIE MCNISH is a Toronto-based senior correspondent with The Wall Street Journal. She has been a business journalist for more than 30 years with The Wall Street Journal and The Globe and Mail, working from Toronto and New York. She is the winner of 9 National Newspaper Awards and 3 National Book Awards. She is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she co-teaches a course on shareholder protection for law students and journalists.@jacquiemcnish
