Brooke has spent over 16 years as an administrative professional, recruiter and operations manager. In 2011 she founded Green Door Virtual, where she helps the solopreneurs of the world in a virtual environment.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Our office is one block south of Yonge and Front Street, a short walk from Union Station. Paid parking is available in multiple lots around the building or in the lot under the building.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.



Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

If you purchased a public ticket, yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. If you are a member, you are only able to transfer your ticket to another member in your member level. Please contact us with questions.



Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Unfortunately, no. Because we offer member pricing only to our members, we need to ensure that you are a member in order to receive that discount.
