About this event
This course is aimed at organisations which are committed to promoting emotional health and resilience in the workplace, to improve staff wellbeing and productivity.
This course will take place in two three hour sessions as detailed below. You need to attend both sessions to receive a certificate.
30/03/23 - 9.30 am - 12.30 pm
30/03/23 - 13.30 pm - 16:30 pm
This course will help participants to:
- Appreciate the connection between emotional health and resilience.
- Understand the potential impact of stress on their wellbeing and how to recognise their warning signs.
- Identify how their emotional responses and thinking habits can impact their resilience.
- Explore ways to build their resilience, enhance their wellbeing and prioritise their self-care.
- Identify opportunities to develop their support network.

The training has helped ensure that our staff are equipped to engage with customers in a sensitive and compassionate way.
