The Yarmouth and Acadian Shores region is renowned for its beautiful landscape and coastline and dark night skies. This same rugged land and sea coast is also a tapestry of many voices and cultures from past to present, intricately woven into our heritage.

YASTA and TIANS are offering this weekend workshop for tour guides and tourism operators and their teams who are interested in developing skills and knowledge, extending their season and enhancing overall product quality.

You will gain insight into what makes our area special. Attendees will learn from heritage and outdoor organizations available right on our doorstep, and experience firsthand what best practice looks like in tour guide knowledge. This introductory workshop will help you identify what makes you passionate about the region to further explore your own interests.
