Event description

Description

If you carry multiple notebooks (not to mention a smart phone!) to keep everything organized, you should meet Ryder Carroll's Bullet Journal system. Bullet Journals are changing the world for fans of analog time management, goal-setting and tracking, and list-making! It will keep you on track for life goals both big and small, and can be as customized, changeable, motivational, and as arty you like.

What would you like to do in 2017? Drink more water? Spend less? Read more? Whatever your resolution, the bullet journal system can get you there. Come along to this fun workshop to be inspired and create your own #bujo!

We'll go through the basic system, as well as sharing some options and innovations to make the most of your year, and then we'll get down to setting up your journal. There will be lots of time and inspiration for experimenting with layouts and fun with design.

Notebook options:

We will supply everything you need, except for your actual journal. Bring your own notebook, or pre-order one to meet you at the workshop.

If you BYO, we recommend a notebook with dotted or grid paper, about 5x8", and about 250 pages.

Or pre-order a Leuchtturm1917 to meet you at the workshop. This notebook has everything: high quality, acid-free paper that resists bleed-through, dotted, numbered pages, a table of contents, a ribbon bookmark, and an elastic closure. Add the Leuchtturm1917 onto your registration (there will be an option to add a notebook to your order), and it will be waiting for you at the workshop.

You may also want to bring your favourite pen, but we'll have fancy paper, washi tape, coloured pens, and lots of other supplies to help make your new bullet journal feel like home.

Bonus: on the day of the workshop, participants will get 10% off all regularly-priced merchandise in our gift shop.
