This session will address the critical issues of workplace behaviours, their impact on individual and overall organizational effectiveness, how to manage conflict effectively, as well as provide information on a proposed new Bill regarding workplace bullying that will impact Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety Act.

1. How to build & maintain a positive culture of respect and increase organizational image, customer satisfaction & performance

2. Psychological Health and Safety – Newly developed guidelines supported by the Mental Health Commission of Canada - Implementing the 13 Standards

3. How to be proactive, prevent workplace bullying, abuse, harassment, discrimination and incivility by developing internal conflict management systems.
