Wine and Cheese Masterclass

Enjoy an educational evening again this month with the Burlington Wine Club. Take your taste buds on a journey of the fascinating effects of combining different cheeses with a selection of wines, all with a view to enhancing the flavours of each. You’ll learn how to pair wine and cheese comfortably through discussions around different types and styles of cheeses as well as wines. We will discuss how to select a wine to accompany a cheese and vice-versa. With 6 different wines and at least 6 cheeses, you’ll have hands-on experience in mixing and matching different combinations. You’ll be able to Wow your guests the next time you host a wine and cheese event.

This month all of the samples will be provided - no need to buy any additional wines. You will want to serve the cheeses with a baguette or crackers of your choice.
