Burnaby Run Fest is SOLD OUT!

Check back from time to time as spots may open up!

Sparrow Fitness and Lululemon Metrotown are excited to enjoy this day with you all and we can't wait to RUNFIT, Run, Yoga and Beer with you all!

RUNFIT. 5k Run. Yoga. Beers.

Come join us for the very first run festival in Burnaby! This event is brought to you by Sparrow Fitness and will be a celebration of the run community! There will be a focus on demonstrating how to get the most out of running.

There are 200 spots open for the run but friends and family are welcome to cheer and join in the social after the run.

Runners ticket is by free but generous donations are welcome! Bring cash on the day of if you do choose to donate. All proceeds raised at this event will go to the local Food Bank.

Timeline for the day:

9:40am - Runners arrive

10am - Introduction and Start Line

10:15am to 10:45am - Warm up with RUNFIT led by Tyler Sparrow

11am - 12pm - 5k Run!

12pm - 12:30pm - Yoga led by Mandy Upuu

12:30pm - 2pm - Burnaby Run Fest Social (Beers)

Runners Checklist:

  • Your running gear (dress for the weather)
  • Yoga mat (if you have one)

Transportation

Driving - Parking is available on the Northside of the Rugby/Soccer fields

Transit - The best route is to skytrain to Sperling/Burnaby Lake Station and go for a nice 15min walk through the trails.
