BURNOUT & HOLISTIC HEALTH WORKSHOP SERIES
We are excited to invite you to our Burnout & Holistic Health Fall Workshop Series! @ThisIsEmmaLui, our Holistic Health Director, will be hosting this series with amazing speakers about burnout every Thursday at 1pm ET starting November 3, 2022.
In the face of a global pandemic, mental health crises, racial trauma and white supremacy, gender-based violence, climate anxiety and more, many of us are experiencing burnout. What are ways we can recover from burnout, reconnect to health and foster hope in these times?
Join the Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network in a 4-part series to explore different facets of burnout. The workshops will feature speakers that explore factors that contribute to burnout and discuss tangible ways to support our health. Speakers will share how food, herbs and nutrition as well as how (re)connection - to our bodies, to land and nature, to culture and to our ancestors - can be powerful ways to find nourishment and balance.
When: Thursdays, November 3, 17, 24 & December 1 at 1pm ET
Where: @canadianwomenofcolour on IG Live
