About this event

The St. Andrew's Society of Toronto is pleased to present a Burns Night Whisky Tasting. Celebrate Scotland's national poet with this 75-minute online Zoom session hosted by Bryan Simpson. Bryan is Glenmorangie’s National Brand Ambassador, a proud Glaswegian and master storyteller. He will offer insights into the unique qualities of four Glenmorangie products.

This online event will take place on Saturday, January 23 (8:00pm start). Tickets will be on sale until Friday, January 15 or until they sell out. Participants must must be of legal drinking age in Ontario (19+). Only forty spots will be available so get your ticket(s) today!

Each ticket includes the delivery of a Glenmorangie Taster 4-Pack to an address in the Toronto area. Each pack will include four x100 ml bottles consisting of:

  • Classic Glenmorangie (1)
  • Lasanta Sherry Cask (1)
  • Quinta Ruban Port Cask (1)
  • Nectar D'or Sauternes Cask (1)

Please enter your delivery address and phone number in the purchase info . A volunteer from the society will reach out to coordinate delivery of the 4-Pack to your door. This event is targeted to residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We will try to make special arrangements for addresses located further than 40km from Nathan Phillips Square. This may include an additional delivery fee.

Each ticket is $70 for members of the St. Andrew's Society. Tickets for non-members are $80. A link to the virtual tasting will be emailed out to ticket purchasers a few days before the session. To participate in the session, you will need a computer or a smart phone with a camera. You should download the Zoom app before the session starts.

The St. Andrew's Society of Toronto has been celebrating Scottish-Canadian culture and supporting charitable causes since 1836. Sign up or renew your membership to save on this and future events. An annual membership is valid from January 1 - December 31.

Members may not buy discounted tickets for non-members. Any discounted ticket purchased without a society membership will not receive an event link until the balance is settled.
