About this event
Michael Hernik, The Financial Mechanic, will present on how to be effective in business communications. Specifically, Mike will discuss the importance of professional communication skills along with tips and tricks on how to speak, communicate and present effectively to customers and clients.
This will be a well rounded workshop for anyone who is running a small business, works in customer service and wants to better enhance their communication skills.
