Business Time Mastery-Learn to control time and turn it into an investment
Thu, 13 October 2016, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM EDT
You can learn the tactics leaders use to leverage TIME into a business investment. Learning to use our time better and to stop fighting time is a universal challenge. Many people never practice how to use their time or adjust their tactics to suit their current situation. You see, the way we use our time changes as the business grows and our roles change, it is up to us to understand the need for that change as we move from chaos to spending an hour to investing an hour. One thing we have observed is that even the Masters continuously refine their time mastery skills. They have recognized that even as you get better at it you can apply more leverage but you never graduate out of the need to manage your time.
