For our December class, we've decided to up it a notch and make our popular butchery classes just a little bit cooler by finding the best possible way to combine sharp knives and alcohol!
Join us on Tuesday, December 13 at 6:30pm for our hands-on pork butchery lesson with author & butcher Jamie Waldron as we break down an entire pastured pig from snout to tail while tasting some delicious beers from the friendly brewers, just up the road from us at TWB Co-op Brewing.
In this class YOU ARE THE BUTCHER!!! Jamie provides the guidance while you and your classmates get hands on experience learning about each cut and how it can be used. This class has a limit of 8 people and each participant goes home with approximately 20 - 25lbs of wrapped and labelled pork at the end of each class.
