Since it was so popular last time, we've paired up with another local brewery to bring you Butchery & Beer II.
Join us on Tuesday, March 21 at 6:30pm for our hands-on pork butchery lesson with author & butcher Jamie Waldron as you break down an entire pastured pig from snout to tail while tasting 4 delicious beers from one of Waterloo Regions most popular breweries, Block Three Brewing Co.
In this class YOU ARE THE BUTCHER!!! Jamie provides the guidance while you and your classmates get hands on experience learning about each cut and how it can be used. This class has a limit of 8 people and each participant goes home with approximately 20 - 25lbs of wrapped and labelled pork at the end of each class.
