FAQ

Will Tickets be available for purchase on the Day of Show?

Yes! Tickets will be available to purchase at the main entrance on the Day of Show. You do not need advance tickets to attend.

Is this an all ages event?

Yes, of course! Everyone is welcome.

Will my Advance Ticket be mailed to me?

No. When purchasing online you will receive a return email with a confirmation TICKET. Please bring this TICKET along with ID to claim entry.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is available at the MTCC. For directions please visit http://www.mtccc.com/map.aspx

I want to collect all tickets to pass to my friends at different times. What should I do?

Tickets are never mailed. Tickets will be distributed at the show. Simply show your receipt and you will get your tickets. You can leave tickets for friends at the WILL CALL counter or make arrangements to meet friends by the front entrance when they arrive.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted inside the venue.

Can I bring my food inside?

No outside food is permitted inside the venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No but we do recommend a printed ticket receipt for faster service. However a Valid ID and Cell phone receipts will do.

What is the refund policy?

We have a strict no refund policy.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

In the event you purchased tickets for someone else - please send with them an email, letter or some form of consent showing this change of ownership. For example you can text the message "This is Jane Doe, I purchased 3 tickets for Scott Smith.”
