Cacao, Shamanic Trance Dance and Channelled Sound Healing

Join your soul family and return to your centre through the medicines of cacao, dance and sound.

You will be guided to meet the spirit of cacao by Caroline Costa (a plant spirit medicine worker, initiated on the work with Cacao with Tata Izaías and Nana Izabel, Maya Quiché indigenous healers)., inviting Ixcacao to root you into your belonging and open your capacity to give and recieve love.

We will journey together in a moving meditation, dancing to meet the divine within and all around. Letting self be danced as an act of trust and surrender.

You will recieve the vibrations of channelled shamanic sound healing to support your release and integration.

✨When we let go and surrender to the dance we can touch the essence of who we are. This space intends to bring us into a moving meditation and dissolve the physical form as we journey through dance. We are not dancing to be seen, we are burning our egos so that we can experience the divine as we let Spirit move us!

Directions to the Studio

We will gather in the studio at Crosby Organics.

When you get to the end of Dunster Rd you will see a sign with a peach on it that says Croby Organics on your left-hand side. Take this long driveway on your left, it will head straight to a building with a garage door (this is the studio space) park along the left-hand side of the driveway and come on in! If you miss this driveway you will end up at the main house, turn around and come to the studio drive. Please DON'T park in front of the house.

If you take antidepressants please message me. Some don't mix with cacao.

If you are pregnant or think you might be, please message me and let me know as you will need a lower dose.

Your Hosts:

Colleen Reid is the creatrix of Wild Wellness and SHE IS WILD FEST. She is a shamanic practitioner and a teacher of the cross-cultural medicine wheel, a year-long initiation into the teachings of the 4 directions and a map to remembering your whole healed state. She is a mother of 2 boys, a mountain runner, and a steward of the earth.

Caroline has been given permission by the Mayan elders that she trained with to host cacao ceremonies. We aim to do this work with respect and in right relationship to this beautiful plant medicine and the culture from which it came.
