Pre-order café meal kits created by our Baking and Pastry Students. Pick up yours on December 11, 2025 between 11:45 am and 12:30 pm.

Meal kits will be ready for pickup in the George Brown Chef School Grand Atrium (SJB, 300 Adelaide St. E, Toronto - Main Floor) on Thursday, December 11, between 11:45 am and 12:30 pm.

Our Baking and Pastry Arts students are pleased to offer unique Café Concept Meal Kits for sale, as part of their third-semester lab exams. In teams of two, students have created unique and specially designed menus to showcase all the skills they have acquired to date, based on a café concept of their own. Many unique, creative, and delicious meal kits are available to choose from!

Café Concept Meal Kits are an excellent value — only $29.99 plus HST — and a perfect way to support our hard-working students!

Every Café Concept Meal Kit includes:

  • A full-size loaf of bread
  • A jarred preserve
  • An appetizer dish (One portioin)
  • A main course meal with sides (One portion)
  • A Viennoiserie product (a speciality croissant or similar)
  • A dessert element

Come with us as we imagine what the Grinch’s Favorite dishes would be and what the who's would serve on Christmas morning. This menu will surely delight grinch’s and who’s alike. So join us on this culinary treat on how the Grinch Ate Christmas.
