Come join us for the Calabash Goslings Rum Pairing Dinner Series with Special Guest Emily L. Gosling. Goslings Rum Global Band Ambassador and 8th generation Gosling family member. Emily is committed to sharing her family’s story. She believe that Goslings is the spirit of Bermuda and is dedicated to upholding her family’s legacy.

Guests enjoy a modern take on Caribbean cuisine. 3 course dinner created by Calabash Executive Chef Kevin Shawcross. Kevin has lived in the Caribbean on and off throughout his culinary career and is a pioneer of modern Caribbean cuisine. His mission is to show how diverse Caribbean cuisine can be.

Using Goslings signature line we have created a unique Caribbean Cocktail pairing with every course, plus additional special tastings. Bar Manager Christopher Allen has a real passion for mixology and a deep knowledge of rum. He is thrilled to be working with Goslings.

Calabash is now 8 years old, and we put together a great team to present this night to experience our culture in a different light. We look forward to hosting you and creating an experience you won’t forget.
