Ron Bettin has worked in Canada and internationally in his 25+ years of experience giving him an appreciation for many corporate cultures and practices. His career has ranged from commissioning sour gas plants, to inventing a treadmill desk, to recently, co-founding a Coworking space for entrepreneurial professionals. Ron believes in achieving success through collaboration with a focus on outcomes.
Facing challenging situations has given Ron a unique perspective on dealing with people and circumstances. As a leader for EnCana in Hythe, AB, he and his staff faced threats and bombings, giving him an understanding of the importance of close team and a strong relationship with the community. More recently, he overcame a major accident and spinal surgery which motivated him to approach life with a renewed desire to innovate and adapt.
Ron has been fortunate to work with some amazing people with diverse talents and skills. Giving back to the community through volunteering and engagement keeps him grounded and appreciate what is truly valuable in life.
