Are you feeling excited or apprehensive at the start of another season? Are you wanting to get more clear and focused on your direction and make the most of the final quarter of the year?

Use this time of entering a new season to come and take to pause, show up for yourself and set your intentions for your path ahead in this fun and unique vision board workshop, with a calligraphy twist.

  • Craft your life vision through journaling and expressive lettering in an encouraging, collaborative space. Call it conscious calligraphy and a self care retreat that will help you connect with and articulate your values and design a life you dream of creating.

  • Create a unique and portable accordian style mini book as a powerful reminder of your vision.

  • Engage in an intentional space of reflection through guided prompts, visualization, and creative exercises.

  • Share in heart-centred conversations and create meaningful connections with others in community.

Leave with a fresh perspective and a fuller heart to embrace the season ahead with clarity, confidence, and intention to fill your life with the things that matter most to you.

Whether you consider yourself creative or not, beginner or seasoned — all levels of artists, non-artists, calligraphers, and curious calligraphers, are welcome! Even if you think you have bad handwriting, you are welcome here.

Please note that this time will be focused on creative exploration, which anyone can do! (If you prefer a more technical class, you can view my series of technical workshops here.)

We dare you to Show up for yourself, refresh your heart, and turn on your creative spark. Start the new season off on a good foundation. Invite a friend for a creative date... consider it a mini-retreat! (makes a great gift).

Still not sure what to expect? Read all about the experience one participant had here.

"After months of feeling unable to stop and be present, this workshop was the magical solution I’d been looking for. Therapeutic, relaxing, eye-opening and fun, I felt like I not only connected with myself for the first time in ages, but I also experienced a rare, authentic connection with the other people who were there with me. Learning that, despite our different backgrounds, we’re all struggling with similar challenges and worries, and all needed this workshop as desperately as each other. For 4 hours the world stopped spinning and I got an understanding of who I am, where I’m at, and what I need to move forward in a healthier, more enjoyable way. And I learned that you can stop for 4 hours and the world doesn’t end. In fact it gets a little clearer and brighter." ~Kat Elizabeth, Entrepreneur & Actress

WHAT TO BRING: All supplies and light refreshments will be provided, so come as you are, with an open spirit and positive attitude to learn and make connections. If you have art supplies of your own you would like to explore with, feel free to bring them with you.

10% of proceeds will go to Servants Anonymous, a charity with a proven long term success in freeing women from a life of sexual exploitation in Vancouver and globally.

REFUNDS are not available, however you may defer your ticket to a future workshop, or you may transfer your ticket to a friend. If the workshop is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants required to run it, you will have a choice of defering your ticket to a future workshop, or receiving a full refund.
