About this event
Cardio for a Cause will take place in the Marketplace parking lot in front of The Running Room. Take part in a an energized ZUMBA class let by a local YMCA fitness instructor! The Zumba class will start at 11am and run for approximately 45 minutes. Guests are invited to staff after the class to refuel and enjoy a mini-health fair as well as the weekly Callingwood Farmers' Market.
THE ONLY COST FOR THIS EVENT IS A $5.00 DONATION WHICH WILL GO TOWARDS A SAFEWAY CARE PACKAGE FOR EDMONTON'S FOOD BANK!
Items that are much needed include: non-perishable food, toiletries, baby goods, feminine hygiene products, new socks and underwear and gently used egg cartons. For a full list of items needed, visit Edmonton's Food Bank website.
