Calvin is doing what it can to try and keep you safe as you attend church but we need your cooperation and help. You will need to complete the COVID screening form which will be emailed to you prior to Sunday. If you are purchasing tickets for more then just yourself, please ensure their names go on the tickets as well, as this will help with contact tracing if it is ever necessary.

Outlined are further directions to help keep everyone safe:

1. Please arrive no earlier than 09:45 to church, when you arrive you will be asked if there has been a change to your COVID screening answers.

2. If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the COVID pre-screening questions, have symptoms or have come into contact with anyone with COVID symptoms, please DO NOT come to church.

3. You must wear a mask at all times while in the building. Ottawa Public Health recommends using a 3-layered masks (2 layers of tightly woven cloth inside and outside, and a filter-type fabric, such as non-woven polypropylene fabric in between).

4. Please maintain 2 meter distancing at all times if possible.

5. Please follow directional arrows marked on the floor and the guidelines of the greeters.

6. The pews marked with tape are those available for seating. The area of the pew marked with an ‘X’ should not be used. When you enter the sanctuary, we ask that you sit in the pew available closest to the front. Please sit with your household and/or social bubble and please remain seated unless there is an emergency.

7. There will be no nursery or Sunday school at this time. Children must remain with their parents.

8. There will be no singing permitted at this time.

9. Washrooms are only to be used if necessary. One person at a time. Please knock before entering.

10. Fountain can be used to only fill up your water bottle.

11. There will be no hymnals or bibles provided, so please bring your own if you wish to.

12. There will be no coffee time after the service.

13. A photo will be taken at the beginning of every service to record the locations of attendees in the event that contact tracing is necessary. All photos will remain private and be deleted after 30 days.
