PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

• Please include the names of ALL family members who will be attending this service, for contact tracing purposes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Church doors will open at 9:15 am (and close at 10:15 am).
• The service begins at 9:45am.
• Please enter the building at the front entrance, and check-in at Calvary Connect prior to proceeding to the sanctuary.
• We require that each person in attendance wears a mask (as per the Region of Waterloo by-law in effect on July 13, 2020). The by-law exempts children under the age of five and those who are unable to wear a face covering (due to a medical condition, disability, etc). We ask that if you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask that you would consider joining us online for Sunday service instead of attending an in-person service, in order to protect the elderly, immunocompromised, and children in attendance..
• Please provide your own mask.
• Chairs will be spaced appropriately to maintain physical distancing requirements. We ask that you would leave three seats between your household and others.
• Ushers will be available to help you find a seat: they will be seating individuals and families according to available space in the sanctuary, not by preference. If you have a specific need to be seated at the back, etc., please let your usher know.
• All children's programs have been suspended, and children will join their parents in our Family Service.
• If you are not able to donate online, the Easy Giving desk will be open in the Atrium.
• Please exit the building through the main entrance immediately after the service.
• Please social distance and use the hand sanitizer stations throughout the atrium.
