There’s something in the air. With every breath, it nourishes me. With every exhale, it rejuvenates me. When I’m out in the wild connecting to my breath, it’s when I feel most alive. Being outdoors allows us to truly be in the moment with our breath.
We know that at this time of year, it can be easy to get caught up in our to-do lists and obligations, so we want you to feel a sense of grounding when you need it most. Sometimes we just need a little reminder that, duing a season that focuses on being indoors, there’s another option;
How about bundling up by the campfire while connecting over warm winter drinks, followed by restful yoga by the fireplace, featuring local musicians?
Join us on December 15th. Two class times to choose from; 6:30pm & 7:30pm. Please arrive atleast 20 minutes before your class with your mat. Feel free to bring a blanket to stay cozy. Classes will be held inside the lodge.
