Canada’s History Society invites you to celebrate the launch of Canada’s Great War Album and HISTORY Canada’s WWI Moments.
Join Canada’s History Society as we honour the men and women who served and sacrificed during the First World War. From the Western Front to the homefront, we remember the contributions of all Canadians with the launch of Canada’s Great War Album from HarperCollins Canada.
The event will also showcase the new WWI Moments from HISTORY Canada, each bringing to life a story from Canada’s Great War Album. An evening of remembrance and learning, with an unprecedented and remarkable collection of Canadian photographs, memorabilia, and stories from the war.

Canada’s History Society is a national charitable organization devoted to popularizing Canadian history. In addition to presenting the Governor General’s History Awards and publishing Canada’s History (formerly The Beaver) magazine, as well as Kayak: Canada’s History Magazine for Kids, the Society also produces a number of educational and online programs to encourage more discovery, celebration, and understanding about our rich history and culture.
