Description

Heavy Oil 101 is a comprehensive overview of the heavy oil industry. The course is ideal for students and professionals of all backgrounds looking to have a broader understanding of the overall heavy oil industry. The Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA) is the premiere source of educational support for the heavy oil community and organizes several technical events, networking events as well as conferences throughout the year. This course involves eight lectures at $10 per session, $35 for a semester (4 sessions) or $70 for the full year. Tickets can be purchased in advance through our eventbrite page or with cash at the door. Events run from 5 to 7pm.
