The Canadian Heritage Arts Society will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Canadian College of Performing Arts at 1701 Elgin Rd, Victoria BC, V8R 5L7. It is our pleasure to cordially invite and encourage you to attend this year’s meeting. 2018/19 was a very successful year for the society and we look forward to reviewing it with you.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and all members of the Canadian Heritage Arts Society may vote on resolutions.

• Motion: That the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2019 be accepted as presented.
• Motion: That Linda Allen of Allen and Kraul Chartered Professional Accountants be appointed to perform an audit for the 2019-20 financial year ending June 30, 2020.

7. New Business:

a. Be it resolved that that the bylaws of The Society be replaced with the bylaws attached in Schedule C.
