The Canadian Mineral Processors (CMP) is a technical society of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). The CMP provides opportunities to meet with industry operators, become familiar with current issues and practices, and support advancement of technology in mineral processing operations.

The conference program is now confirmed:

Thanks to generous sponsorship, there is no charge to attend this year’s technical conference. Please contact Lorne for sponsorship opportunities.
A related event is the CIM Saskatoon branch’s “Mineral Processors Night” on the evening of November 17th. This general membership dinner meeting will be held across the street at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel, with Jack Zhang speaking about heavy rare earth recovery. A separate registration is required, that is now open. For more details, go to: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/cim-saskatoon-mineral-processing-night-tickets-28927869035?aff=eac2
For those coming from out of town, there are numerous hotels in downtown Saskatoon within easy walking distance of the conference and dinner meeting.
I look forward to seeing you there!
MB/SK Regional Representative, CMP
