WHAT IS THE CANADIAN PIZZA SUMMIT?
The Canadian Pizza Summit is the ONLY trade show in CANADA dedicated to the art and business of making PIZZA!

I'm an industry supplier - can I attend? Registration is free to pizzerias and related restaurant owner/operators. If you are a supplier to the industry, you must have a booth to attend.

What is it? Napoletana Pizza Class

Who is teaching it? Michael Bou-Younes, lead instructor at Faema Culinary Academy, will lead a hands-on class on how to make Napoletana pizza!

What can I expect? An interactive course focusing on the science, technique and essence of making the popular pizza style that originated in Naples. Includes sampling of cheeses from Parmalat.

Why should I attend? Thinking of adding this pizza style to your menu? Want to sharpen your technique? Eager to inspire and motivate your staff by giving them time with a talented chef? Want to learn a new technique as a personal challenge? Enjoy talking with other pizza chefs? This class is for you!

When is it? From 4-5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, visit the showroom and kitchen, talk with Chef Michael and the folks at Faema, and get some early one-on-one time with exhibitors and Canadian Pizza magazine staff. Ask questions about the ovens and competition.

Who can register? The Napoletana Pizza Class is sponsored by Parmalat, makers of Galbani Professionale cheese. It is open to pizzeria operators and their staff on a first come, first served basis. It’s free to attendees, but to be included, you must sign up ahead of time (even if you’ve signed up for the show already). When registering, please select the ticket called: Napoletana Pizza Class (Sun Oct 20) + Canadian Pizza Summit (Mon Oct 21)
