The role of a Chaplain in NATURAL and other DISASTERS
I would say it is not a matter of, "IF" but "WHEN"
Some parts of our country have and are experiencing Natural Disasters in more populated areas. Police are first responders to these and other disasters.
What is the role of a Chaplain as a first responder to first responders?
Chaplain Bob Harper, RCMP "K" Division has found himself in this role in three natural disasters, The Slave Lake Wild Fires, the Floods in High River and other parts of southern Alberta and most recently the Fort McMurray Wild Fires.
This course will be interactive, presenter and participants deepening and sharing faith, focusing on Natural Disasters and different ways a Chaplain might serve during these.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday.

The Banquet will be on Thursday night and details will be given at the ATS.

The Memorial Service will take place on Friday morning and it is the final event of the ATS.
