Monday evening: Registration and meet and greet event.
Tuesday morning: registration 8 - 10 AM, Welcome and start of conference
There will be a basic track for training, which includes: Stress Management, CISD/PTSD, Responding to Crisis, Notification of Next of Kin, Ethics, Liability & Confidentiality.
There will be an intermediate track--with details to be announced shortly.
The advanced track:
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday.
The Banquet will be on Thursday night and details will be given at the ATS.
The Memorial Service will take place on Friday morning and it is the final event of the ATS.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Shuttles to and from the airport will be provided. Just let the organizer know if you need this service.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Dress code is business casual. The Banquet on Thursday night and the Memorial Service on Friday morning will require formal wear; those chaplains who have formal attire from their agencies may wish to wear such attire.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
An I.D. badge will be issued at the event and you'll be required to wear this at all training events.
What is the refund policy?
After October 1st no refunds will be issued.
The registration fee does not cover the cost of the hotel. Each attendee is responsible to contact the hotel and make arrangements for the costs of his or her own stay. The registration fee covers: the cost of organizing the event, the snacks at break-time, the costs of our speakers and use of the hotel events rooms, the banquet and such things.
