Your pet - loving and loyal - has never been more cherished than in 2020. This Christmas, we offer a wonderful way to capture your animal companion's unique character and charm with its very own outdoor pet portrait on Santa's sleigh!

Each 15-minute professional portrait session will capture candid, posed photos of your pet with Santa and his sleigh. (As you can see from our photo, Santa is a dog owner who is comfortable around animals.)

Your portraits will then be shared with you digitally through email. You will receive a minimum of 4 different photos from your session.

Each 15-minute session with Santa is for a maximum of two pets. Portraits will be staged in and around Santa’s sleigh with Lougheed House as a back drop. Though Santa is happy to hold pets on his lap or beside him in his sleigh, if you also want to be in the photo, you can choose to either wear a mask, or have Santa at distance of 6 feet, to meet health and safety protocols. If you want photos of more than two pets, please book more than one portrait session to support the amount of time to safely set up and capture your experience with Santa.

We’ve spaced out our portrait sessions so that you will have minimal contact with our other guests and everyone involved, including Santa and his elves, are safe throughout the whole experience.

Note: wearing a mask is mandatory for everyone visiting Lougheed House (in compliance with the City of Calgary Face-Coverings Bylaw).

Cleaning protocols will be fully exercised between Santa photo sessions with ongoing touch points and surfaces.
