Cancelled: Victoria Chamber Orchestra Concert (April 17/20, First Met)

Dear Supporters of the Victoria Chamber Orchestra,

Due to the risk of the COVID-19 virus, the Victoria Chamber Orchestra has decided to cancel our two final concerts: Friday April 17 in Victoria, and Sunday April 19 at Empress Acres, Nanaimo. There will also be no master class on Wednesday April 15.

We are planning to perform our all-Beethoven program in the fall of 2020 at First Metropolitan United Church. We will post further information when it is available.

If you have a season ticket for the April 17th concert, it will be honoured at the door, as will any prepaid Eventbrite ticket for April 17. If you would prefer a refund, please contact us at victoriachamberorchestra.org

We have made this decision in the interests of the health of our audiences and the orchestra members. It will be a challenge for us to cover expenses already incurred, so any donations (cheque or e-transfer to mail.inisps@gmail.com) would certainly be appreciated. Please email the Treasurer at camillard@shaw.ca for this process.
