CANCER CARE for PRIMARY CARE UPDATE 2019-2020 - Kitchener
Who should attend? Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Medical Residents
Back by popular demand to primary care providers! In 2017, we held three well-attended Screening Summit events, and this time we'll be travelling across Waterloo Wellington LHIN to Cambridge on Dec 4, Kitchener on Jan 14 and Guelph on Feb 6 to share updates with you on cancer care topics to better care for your patients. All events will receive the same information, so you only need to attend one!

Cost: $25 per person (HST included) – Dinner provided
