Are you in need of deep self-care? Please join us for Tuesdays in May!
Imagine a candlelit, fireside evening class in a geodesic dome, overlooking a beautiful forest: a very peaceful location and setting.
Sarah will guide you through some very relaxing, supported restorative yoga poses (using props and blankets), and Celeste will offer gentle hands-on assists and mini-massage throughout the class. Each class will be unique and will offer calming breathwork and a meditation component. There will always be a long and restful Savasana.
Tea will be provided, please plan to bring your favorite mug!
**Consent cards (for massage) will be provided to each participant so you can tailor your experience at any moment.
