- Mode of Delivery: Live, Interactive and Instructor-led Webinar
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Tissue culture is the growth of tissues or cells in an artificial medium separate from the parent organism. In this program, you will learn about the importance of cannabis production using tissue culture and other biotechnological processes.
The webinar covers the fundamentals of cannabis tissue culture, its benefits, the upstream and downstream filtration processes, and cannabis biotechnological processes in compliance with the regulatory requirements of cannabis production.
Upstream processes are essential for biological materials either obtained from an outside source or inoculated and grown in culture under controlled conditions to manufacture certain biological drugs. Downstream processes are essential for which the products are harvested, tested, purified, and packaged. Currently, cannabis companies are also focusing on the cannabis biotechnological production process to synthesis various cannabinoids.
