Join me for a Capricorn New Moon Sound Bath. Together lets allow the vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes and wave drum to guide you into deepened states of relaxation and meditation.
New Moons are all about planting our seeds and focusing on how to properly water these seeds to grow and flourish. Manifest!
This particular New Moon is the perfect time for goal setting and manifestation. It brings about determination, hard work and focus and brings about the perfect energy for you to lay the framework for your goals ahead. This New Moon brings about feelings of patience, discipline and persistence to reach the top and succeed. It’s time to get busy!
We will begin with setting our intentions followed by light breath-work exercises to calm the mind and body. You will be guided through a short body relaxation followed by guided meditation to help set our intentions into motion for this New Moon.
With a combination of healing frequencies and sacred ambiance, you may experience deepened states of mental awareness and relaxing sensations throughout your body.
These healing frequencies are all attuned to different areas and energy centres within the body. When our bodies vibrations come out of sync these frequencies help to bring the body and mind back into alignment. You may experience sensations of vibration, tingling or heat throughout your body. You may also experience an "out of body," or floating sensation.

**Please try to arrive 10 minutes early as class will begin promptly at 7:00pm. The doors lock at 7:05pm and anyone arriving later will not be able to attend. Please come dressed comfortably, and bring with you your yoga mat and pillow/bolsters. An eye pillow or eye mask is recommended but not required.**
