Career Alignment - Group Coaching for Career Transition & Exploration
Event Information
About this event
Feeling lost or overwhelmed in your career journey? Join a supportive group to gain new insights and tools as you explore career changes, hopes, fears, or transitions.
This group will be a container to share where you’re at and gain new insights into what you need next on your career path. You will spend time exploring your current barriers as well as visioning your ideal work situation. Activities presented will encourage self-reflection and make space for new ideas, energy, and opportunities.
What to expect:
You'll be invited to land and arrive with a short grounding reading and breath practice. The session will be interactive and will include some teaching components. There will be opportunities to share with the group, as well as space to reflect individually. This will be a small group (max 10 people) and will be grounded in group ground rules (such as confidentiality) co-created at the start of each session. We will open and close with intention, and ask all participants to be present to show up and support one another in this space.
You will get:
- a chance to connect with yourself & your values
- opportunity to be witnessed in setting goals
- space to see new options available to you
- a new tool to help in your decision-making process
- tangible actions to move you forward
- a plan to keep you accountable for your intended actions

What clients are saying about Coaching with Maureen:
"I've been working with Maureen for a year. She is a great listener, and make it easy for me to open up and share my challenges and thoughts. Maureen approaches coaching with open questions and an open mind. I felt safe, supported, and challenged at the same time." - Bruno F, Senior Manager
“I came to Maux in a period of career transition where I was lacking the clarity to move forward. I had interviewed a few other life coaches & found her approach/values to most resonate with myself. I would recommend her to anyone looking for career transition/clarity. She radiates warm & kind energy & will definitely put you at ease!” — Ariana Roach, Filmmaker & Entrepreneur
