Who You Are Matters! is a gamified career clarification experience. Gameplay is facilitated for up to five tables of 3-5 participants each.

Enjoy this fun yet structured experience, disguised as a game, with 4 powerful results:

  1. Identify specific career possibilities coupled with valuable peer feedback
  2. Clarify an inspired action to get you started and combat procrastination
  3. Create your Clarification Sketch featuring your top 3 strengths and desires
  4. Gain optimism, clarity, and confidence to take next steps

Your Facilitator

The evening will be facilitated by Mark Franklin, CareerCycles Practice Leader and OneLifeTools Co-Founder, who has gained more than 15 years experience as a career professional and is the 2015 winner of the Canadian Career Development Association's prestigious Stu Conger Award for Leadership.

We've facilitated Who You Are Matters! with thousands of individuals and dozens of post-secondary institutions, associations, and businesses for more than 10 years.

Your Host

This event is hosted by CareerCycles, a trusted career management social enterprise providing career counselling and coaching services to individuals and organizations across Canada for more than 15 years using its own evidence-based narrative assessment system.

FAQs

Are there minimum age requirements to attend the event?

No. Having said that, please bear in mind Who You Are Matters! has been designed for individuals aged 16+.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

This event will take place at CareerCycles Toronto, located in Suite 201 on the 2nd Floor at 873 Broadview Avenue in Toronto, which is within ~ 5 minutes walking distance of the intersection of Danforth & Broadview and Broadview Station on the Bloor-Danforth (Line 2) subway line. If you're driving, please note there's free parking on Broadview Av after 6pm, side-street parking in the immediate area, and a Green P paid lot immediately adjacent to Broadview Subway Station. Our building is marked with two white CareerCycles banner signs.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes. Please provide the full name(s) and email address(es) of both the registrant and the person attending, either in advance by emailing service@careercycles.com or during sign-in upon arrival to the event.
