Overview
The Vancouver Island Leadership Conference (VILC) hosts post-secondary students across British Columbia on Vancouver Island for an event of keynotes, workshops, and excursions to inspire future leaders. The VILC is student-led and faculty supported through the Office of Co-Curricular Engagement & Learning (OCCEL) at Vancouver Island University.
This year's conference theme is “Leaders of Change” with a focus on Integrity, Inclusion and Innovation.
The VILC Career Expo will provide students with the opportunity to explore different career paths through various booths and provide an opportunity for delegates to connect with employers. This career expo provides a platform for your organization to connect with local talent and to promote awareness of your organization and brand.
