Craving a More Fulfilled Life?

Are you a successful professional who knows you want to find more satisfying work, realize your potential, and utilize your best skills – the skills you love to use the most? Do you yearn to wake up each morning excited for what the day ahead might bring; knowing that it will be full of people and activities that inspire you? It’s so easy to fall into a daily routine and fill our life with commitments that really don’t bring us joy or contribute to our overall enjoyment of life. Sometimes we need to step away from our everyday routine to be able to gain a new perspective and explore new possibilities that will bring us a greater sense of satisfaction, joy and fulfillment.

Ready to Take Action and Do Something About It?

If the idea of bringing more joy and fulfillment into your work and personal life intrigues you and if you know you’re ready to do something about it, this weekend retreat in Victoria will help you kick-start the process. Even better, if you’re a foodie, this weekend is the perfect combination of personal exploration and culinary adventure. In his latest book Your Life’s Purpose: Uncover What Really Fulfills You, best-selling author Michael J. Losier defines fulfillment as knowing what brings you joy. Once you’re clear on that, you can create strategies to bring more of what gives you joy into your life. We’ll be leveraging Michael’s proven process to uncover your personal top fulfillment needs at the start of the retreat and then explore new possibilities for your future.

Curious About the Culinary Experience?

As a self-professed foodie and proud member of Tourism Victoria, I wanted to create a weekend retreat on Vancouver Island that was both fun and enlightening. I’ve partnered with award winning Chef Shirley Lang, owner of Spirit Culinary Excursions to create a culinary adventure on Saturday afternoon and evening where you’ll explore southern Vancouver Island’s culinary diversity and distinct landscape. After a delicious lunch at one of Victoria’s top restaurants, a luxury limo will take you on a culinary adventure culminating in a delicious dinner at one of the top wineries in the Cowichan Valley. You’ll have the opportunity to converse with Sue, Chef Shirley and your fellow retreat participants in a fun and relaxed environment, while immersing yourself in some of the most tantalizing tastes Vancouver Island has to offer.

What’s Included in the Retreat Package?

This package is so much more than workshops and a culinary adventure. It’s designed to be a catalyst to help to begin to design your best possible life both personally and professionally.
