Join this session for McMaster Employees as we celebrate Canada Career Month.

Session Description: Your career is an incredibly personal journey. Despite the evolving expectations that others may have of you, it is imperative to take a step back, focus on, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. In this introductory session, you will gain strong foundational knowledge of the concept of self-awareness, and how it can be used as a tool to self-motivate, make sound decisions, and gain insight into your personality, attitudes, and behaviours.
