Cleo holds a BASc. degree from the University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing her master's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
Michelle Fung, Program Manager, Slack
Michelle Fung is a Program Manager of Value Realization at Slack where she works on enabling the Customer Success organization to have engaging and compelling value conversations with customers in order to realize and increase the value of Slack.
Prior to that, she has maneuvered through a few career pivots, having been a Customer Success Manager partnering with customers to drive strategic business value from Slack and also was part of Slack’s Customer Experience.
Natalie Nicholls, Account Executive, Klue
Natalie Nicholls recently joined the tech industry after the pandemic left her burnt out and at a career crossroads. She has over 14 years Sales and Marketing experience working for a variety of government and private sector organizations spanning from coast to coast.
After spending 7 years in tourism sales, she was seeking a new challenge from her role as a Sales Manager when she came across Klue. Natalie is in her 4th month working as an Account Executive at Klue, selling competitive enablement software to mid-size businesses and is embracing the steep learning curve and challenge. She is a firm believer in being open to new industries and opportunities rather than traditional career progression, to find fulfillment and growth.
Jess Dieuique, Senior Full Stack Engineer, Thinkific
Jess graduated with a sociology degree and worked for several years in an engineering consultancy in various admin roles while exploring her career options. After debating going back to school, she finally took the leap, quit her job and ended up attending a coding bootcamp in 2017. Now 5 years and 3 jobs later, Jess works at Thinkific as a senior software engineer working on building a platform for experts to build online courses. When she isn’t coding, Jess can be found exploring forests, jamming, and making fresh pasta.
