The Caribbean Philanthropic Council is fundraising to shape the future of chronic kidney disease management!

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is home to the largest regional nephrology program in North America, however we are currently running out of space to operate efficiently. To address the community's rapidly growing demands, SHN is looking to establish a first-of-its-kind hub - Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre - that will combine chronic kidney disease management and community services like the YMCA and the United Way to increase our capacity and help foster a healthier shift in lifestyle for Scarborough.
