The viewing to be held on Sunday, September 26 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00p.m.

at

Chapel Ridge Funeral Home

Markham, Ontario L3R 5G1

Interment

Monday, September 27th, 2021 2:00pm

Please note the following information:

1) We are only allowed to have a maximum of 120 people physically for the church service on September 27th. Please RSVP to confirm your attendance by registering on Eventbrite or email Julie Williams at vipeventcreations@gmail.com before September 20, 2021 to guarantee your attendance.

Attire: kindly wear cheerful and vibrant colours.

a. Only those on the confirmation list will be able to attend.

b. When including yourself, please include all names of those attending with you in your family.

2) For those unable to attend in-person the service will be live-streamed for those who would choose that option. The link will be provided at a later date.

3) We are only allowed to have a maximum of 120 people physically for the viewing on September 26th. No registration required for the viewing.

4) Your attendance will be confirmed by September 21st. Those who do not receive a response by that time can assume that they can attend the viewing and livestream service only.

5) The services will be aired on Youtube.com. The link will be provided at a later date.
