Lighting up Toronto’s historic Distillery District on February 29 at the Fermenting Cellar, Decadent Cabaret will bring together singers, dancers, and drag performers. This year theme, “Carnival” will delight guests with the sights and sounds of Brazil, kicking those pesky February blahs to the curb and transporting attendees to the vibrant streets of Rio.
