Description

Don't miss out on this full day of theory & practical based information. A unique approach to training along with a couple of hours to work with me one on one. Specific feeback will be given along with homework to take into your next training session. The day will go as follows:


[ 9 am – 10 am ] – Powerlifting Periodization + 3 month overview

[ 10 am -11 am] – Injury Prevention

[11 am -11 15 am] – Break / Questions

[11 15 am -12 15 pm] – Squat / Bench / Deadlift Movement Series

[12 15 pm - 1 pm ] – Lunch

[1 pm - 3 30 pm] – Hands on – going through a thorough warm up / workout

[ 3 30 pm – 4 pm ] – Questions
