• At this time, groups must be 5 persons or less (same household or bubble)

• Please do not visit if you are sick

• We encourage you to watch our introductory video before your visit found on our webpage

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled tour for tour check-in

• We are not able to accommodate late arrivals

• Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance and on other levels of the museum

• Please stay with tour guide and maintain a physical distance of 2-metres from other visitors and staff members

• Please wear a mask or face covering while inside if you are able; museum employees will wear face coverings for your protection

• Please no photography or video during your tour

• Belvedere Gallery is not available at this time

• Please travel light while visiting, and refrain from bringing in food, water, large bags, strollers and other non-essential items

• Tickets are non-refundable
