CEI Presents: Managing Private-Public Sector Culture Shock for Innovative Growth
The entrepreneurial mindset of small, private sector companies can often run headlong into a series of assumptions, beliefs, and attitudes held by governments. This culture gap manifests in unrealistic expectations and disappointments in the private-public sector relationship, particularly as it relates to startup and small-medium sized companies, that interrupts the accomplishment of innovation and business growth objectives.
Join Richard Remillard, President of Remillard Consulting and Board Director for the National Crowdfunding Association of Canada for a look at action-oriented strategies to mend the culture gap between the public and private sectors, and analyze perspectives on decision-making, risk-taking, experimentation, disruption and fear of failure for the role they play in accomplishing mutual objectives.
